Hello there. I got my esim a few days ago and have not been able to receive SMS texts on it. I have been unable to access accounts that require an SMS authentication as I do not receive them. I also tested with my partner messaging my new number and still do not receive any. How can I fix this issue? I have an iPhone.

I just had a look on your subscription and I see that the installation of the eSIM has been completed successfully. Did you also restart the phone when you downloaded the eSIM? Does everything else works well?
