no service on SIM card

Hi simyo,

There’s no service on my SIM card. I’ve tried to restart my phone and try another SIM card on my phone too. But with this number 06XXXXXXXX SIM card still doesn’t work but the status of this card is active.

Could you please let me know how to solve this issue?

I will transfer my operator to another one and it would be effective from 4.6.2024 onwards.

Thank you for your message. I will help you further with this! But first: our forum is publicly accessible to everyone, because of this I deleted your phone number out your message. I recommend being more careful about sharing your data in the future for your own safety.

You should be able to use your sim card until the day your number will be ported to your new provider. Can you try your sim card in another phone? I would love to hear if your sim card works in another phone or not!
