Hello,

I changed plans within Simyo, which meant I needed a new sim card. However, I cannot reinstall the e-sim on my phone because it requires a text message for confirmation, which I cannot receive because my old sim is deactivated, so I am stuck at a dead end and there is no answer on Whastapp. 

My phone is e-sim only. How can I resolve this?

Thankyou for your message. Good of you to contact us! You should have the option in the app to download the eSIM through an iDEAL payment of €0.01 if you do not have access to text messages. You can see this option via Mijn Simyo app > Instellingen > Simkaart > Overstappen naar eSIM > '’Geen toegang tot sms berichten'’. What will you see if you follow these steps?
