I have the same problem. I lost my phone while traveling in Asia, I bought a new phone locally but I can't download the Mijn Simyo App. The engineers there told me that the old eSIM information and device needs to be deleted from the Simyo network and then they can set up a new eSIM card for me. I need a new QR code to download the eSIM profile, please help.

Did you bought the device abroad? Because of this reason it can be that you can not download the eSIM at all because of the software. Do you see an option to download the eSIM in the Mijn Simyo app?
