I got a new iPhone 15, deleted the eSIM on the old phone but can not find a way to activate it on the new phone. Only old Forum threads where the answer was to write a direct message to a service employee here in the forum. Did that, no reply.

 

Now simyo wrote the will shut down the esim and the account entirely if I don’t use it in the next 2 weeks.

 

Can someone help me with this please?
