Hi,

I’ve just requested to switch my account from prepaid to sim only and I’ve selected eSim as the choice of my SIM card by mistake. Can the customer service change this for me or do I cancel the request and start a new one? The telephone customer service is closed at 5:30pm and I can’t find a way to do either of this myself.

I see that you have contacted our customer service about this and that you have been helped. Great to see that! I will therefore close this topic.

The SIM card will be in your mailbox within 2-3 working days. You can then activate it via Mijn Simyo. You will receive the pin and pukcode through e-mail and your sim card is then immediately ready for use. :)
