Hello, I got a new phone (Android) and want to send my esim from my old phone (iPhone) however from the app Mijn Simyo if I try to reactivate it via

Simkaart -> Vervangende simkaart activeren

I get the same error over and over: Er ging iets mis

I’ve tried reinstalling the app twice and the esim is active but shows ESIM IOS on the description. Is there anything I could do?
