Hi Simyo. My wife has an urgent issue. She switched her number from old provider to Simyo. Now old provider is deactivated but she cannot activate Simyo sim card because she never received the login details over an email. Can you urgently help? I can provide additional details if needed.

Thank you for your message. How strange that your wife hasn’t received any emails from us! It is possible that a typing error was made during the order. I will check this for you and possibly change the e-mail address and resend the e-mails. It would be nice of course if she could use her connection as soon as possible! 

Can you send me a private message with her phone number and personal details? I will look for her connection in our system then.
