Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that the transfer of your eSIM isn’t working! You can install the eSIM through the Mijn Simyo app on your new phone. You have to go to Instellingen> Simkaart> Overstappen naar eSIM. You'll need to enter the validation code that you receive throught a text message.
