I ordered an esim card for an iPhone, but now I decide to use another phone without the function of esim. Can I change my esim order to a sim-card?

Just order a replacement SIM for your contract. You can do this using the app or “Mijn Simyo”.

 

The costs associated are EUR 5,--.

Thanks for your question. No worries, it is possible to still change to a physical SIM card. As @Hsd  explained (thank you so much!), you can order it through the Mijn Simyo app for €5. Since you just joined Simyo, I went ahead and ordered a SIM card for you at no additional cost. You should have been informed about it via email by now.
