I have tried downloading the eSIM to my old and new device (iPhones), however this is not possible.

 

It should be noted that there is no other sim installed, have already tried restarting / resetting settings.

Thank you for your message. I see that we've spoken each other through Facebook. You've also spoken with my colleague through Whatsapp, she has sent you a physicial sim card. The sim card will be in your mailbox within 2 working days and you can activate this through Mijn Simyo (website) 😊.
