Transfer of esim, how do I do this?

I tried to activate e-sim from my new phone with simyo app. It stuck at “activating” after all the process, even network on my old phone also gone. Please help

Thank you for your message. You can install the eSIM through the Mijn Simyo app at Instellingen> Simkaart> Overstappen op eSIM. You'll see that you have to enter a validation code in the app, you can send me a private message with your phone number and personal data for this. I will send you the code through e-mail. 

It is important that you do not have another SIM card in your new device during the installation! After the installation has been completed, you can restart your device and possibly put your physical SIM card back in the phone.

Issue is fixed, had successfully installed esim on my new iphone. Thank you for the reply!
