I cannot access the cell with my fingerprints and the password is not taken. How can I get a new one?

How unfortunate that your phone isn't accepting your fingerprint or password. Is this the case when you try to restart te phone? Than your phone is locked and you really have to go to the manufacturer of your phone to let this fix.
