My girlfriend recently got an email stating her phone data, calls and messages are blocked and Simyo want €322.04 to reconnect. 

There was no SMS to notifications for her to tell her she was about to go over or that she went over. Just an SMS to state that she was over and her package had been blocked as a precaution. 

These costs are ridiculous, she ventured out of the house only a few times in the past few weeks, and is always connected to our wifi. Surely this is an error on Simyo’s part?

She also can’t get through to anyone on the phone, and WhatsApp message has been ignored entirely in the 48 hours. When can we expect as resolution?
