I receive a high bill says it is “outside bundle”, but I didn’t receive the 80% usage sms. What should I do ?

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that you received a high bill due to usage outside your bundle. You should indeed always receive 2 warning text messages at 80% and 100% consumption of your internet bundle. It is of course the intention that you receive both on time.
I would like to find out for you why you did not receive the 80% warning text. Can you send me a private message with your phone number and personal information? I will look up your subscription in our system then.
