What @RobbyTown says is true, there is currently an issue regarding KPN's network and iPhone 11. You might also be affected by this, but I'd like to try a reset first. Thanks for your help! @RobbyTown

Hello. I started my Simyo subscription around 3 month ago, then switched to eSim. My phone is iPhone 11 Pro.
I recently had a 30 min internet down in Amsterdam, in the same place I've been staying previous months. The 4G and mobile internet sign were present on the phone. Several restarts did not help. After half an hour and 4th restart the internet just started working again.
I am curios what is the issue mentioned earlier here, was it solved, can I expect to having troubles with internet with this phone again?

We had a 4G outage yesterday which left some customers without internet connection for a while. This outage was resolved the same day and is separate from the iPhone 11 issue we are talking about in this topic. Is your internet now working properly again? I would love to hear from you!
