Hello good evening I am writing because I received an invoice for October of 168.24 euros And it is literally impossible for that bill to be real, I pay 14 euros per month, and at most I had to pay 60 euros for a month when I ran out of data... But in October I never used it up. I don't know what happened but I hope it gets resolved.

Did you see the warning text messages we send you? In these messages we tell you that the internet bundle is almost empty and when it is fully used. If no action is taken after these two messages and internet is registered on the simcard you will pay €0,15 per MB.
I also see that you already chose for a datalimit that we have now, verry good!
Can you send me a private message with your personal information? Then i will have a look to see if there is something we can do about the costs.
