I'm in Portugal. I have full cellular service and i have abroad internet turned on in the app. Even then the mobile data is not working. I'm out here in foreign city without internet with no way of contacting Simyo's customer support. Please let me know how to fix this, do it doesn't happen again.

Thankyou for your message. I'm sorry to see that you don't have any network in Portugal! 

I see that you had contact with our service desk on 1 december and i see a lot of data usage since then. Does everything works well still?
