Hi Simyo,

I have a question in terms of international incoming call. If I pick up the call from outside of EU, will I be charged?

If you yourself are in The Netherlands or within zone 1 countries (most of EU), then you should not be charged for receiving calls. In that case the person calling you is charged for the entire connection to the Netherlands.

If you yourself are roaming outside of The Netherlands or zone 1 countries, you will be charged for receiving calls. In this case the person calling you is charged for the connection to The Netherlands. You will be charged for the connection from The Netherlands to the location you are roaming as the person calling cannot know you are somewhere else.
