Is data roaming on and have you rebooted the device as well? It often helps to manually select a network. You can find out how to do this via this page. 

I have also performed a reset on your SIM card so that it can log in to the network again and any blockages will be removed. After reading this message, could you turn off your device for 10 minutes so that the reset can complete? 

I would love to hear from you if you have a 4G connection after this!

I indeed rebooted it prior to open this thread, no luck at that time. I also tried to select the network manually, same result.

But after you applied your magic and keeping it offline 10/15 mins (as you suggested), It works like a charm!
