SIM card not connecting to network, what can i do?

Hello, I'm not receiving calls or SMS messages on my line. My SIM card does not connect to the network. Please look into it asap as I need to provide some OTPs to access important services.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues connecting with the network. Have you tried selecting a network manually? I have given you a reset on your sim card. If you turn off your phone for 10 minutes, it should work again. If not, please let me know, so we can look at another solution.
