How can i delete my account? I dont need this service anymore.

I have not been able to use the service at all and have been asked to pay 12 euro for no service.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to see you can not use the service. Do you mean you want to cancel the contract? You can cancel within 2 weeks on simyo.nl/annuleren.
