It is possible that the block wasn't automatically removed when you added money to the account. A moderator will look into that and remove the block if it that is what happened. That might happen on monday; There are few moderators on the forum during the weekend.

When your credit hits zero, your simcard will be blocked for outgoing calls. Like Groentjuh says, normally the block is lifted if you top up your credit. Sometimes, like with your simcard, this goes wrong.
I lifted the block from your card. Just restart your phone to use it again. If you have more questions about this, shoot!
