Ik heb een Simyaardag cadeau gekregen van 1000 mb. Moet ik dit activeren?
Ive got msg that my symiojaardag is and win 1000mgb however when click in the access it diesnt work
When it is your Simyaardag, you're customer for 1 or more years during that month. Unlike other 1GB surprise bundles, this surprise bundle is activated automatically. You don't have to do anything to activate that.
If you already have a databundle, everything generally already works.
If you don't use 3G/4G data on your mobile, you might have to enable that on your phone and on Mijn Simyo.

Welcome at the Simyo Forum and congratulations with your Simyaardag! :D
Like Groentjuh already mentioned, you do not have to activate the Simyaardag 1000 mb bundle yourself, because it is automatically activated in november. To be sure, i just checked your Simyo account, and i can see that the 1000 mb's are already active. When you have used your own internet bundle completely, the 1000 mb bundle will start.
