Internet abroad is not working. What should I do?
Hi I am abroad In Wien and I cannot use the internet. What can I do??

I can understand that you want to use internet in Wien! I can see in our system that the settings over at Mijn Simyo are correct. Could you also check the settings in your phone? You can find them over at the Simyo website or use the ones Ray posted here.

Are the setting correct on your MijnSimyo?
Is roaming switched on at your mobile?
In the APN settings you have to make sure that:
APN = internet
Gebruikersnaam / Username = KPN
Wachtwoord / Password = GPRS or gprs
Restart your mobile if you had to change some settings.
