Why can't I connect with providers abroad?

Good morning,
I am right now in Spain and my prepaid simyo sim card does not connect with any telephone provider. I had follow all the steps indicated in the web site and also asked my husband to call simyo from the Netherlads (because nobody pick up when I call to the "call from abroad telephone" and follow all the steps indicated. Not provider yet. Some solution?

btw I dont need internet (I know it does not work with prepaid abroad) need telephone only

Welcome to the forum :)

How unfortunate you can't connect to a Spanish provider. I looked up your account and saw that your settings are good. I did a reset on the simcard settings. You only have to turn your phone off and on to complete the reset.

If that doesn't help, you can try to manually select a network. You can do that in your phone settings under the tab mobile network/provider. You can select every network you can find.

Too bad the foreign abroad number didn't work. Did you tried to call to +31202003007? This is our number when you are abroad.
