I have a prepaid simyo card that I works fine here in Norway to receive sms. However, I now need to receive a short phone call on it, but that doesn't seem to work at the moment. How can I activate roaming on my prepaid card?
Btw, I have "Bellen in en naar het buitenland" set to "aan". What could be wrong?

Does it require a minimum balance? Mine is currently just over 9 euros.

I have given the option “Bellen in en naar het buitenland” a reset. Can you turn your phone off and on again? The sim card will log in again.



Can you also select a network in your phone? And turn on the option "Data roaming" in your phone?
Thanks, I figured it out. I was simply using the wrong phone number. As I changed my mobile number and provider only weeks before I moved out of NL, I easily get the old and new number mixed up. Embarrassing ...
