Hoogverbruik buitenland iDEAL link werkt niet, hoe kan ik een aanbetaling doen?

Hello ,

I am currently in the United states and I am making use of my mobile phone :06********
From monday I have called and made quite a large amount of money which were accounted for my september bill - 153.40 euro. As now it is already october I needed to use my phone some more and reached the so called :Hoogverbruik . I have tried to pay it , using ideal system and it gives me a mistake ! I urgently need to make use of my phone so could you please give me ideas how can we make that happen asap?

It's sad to hear you can't use the iDEAL link on your Mijn Simyo page. I've send you an e-mail so you can make a advance payment. In the e-mail are a few instructions.
Because this is a public forum I've also deleted your mobile phone that you've mentioned.
