I activated my sim yesterday and everything was working fine and today i woke up and my sim is locked???? and no immediate customer support.

this is crap. 

i suspect the payment for my sim will be withdrawn more quickly. 

i'm reliant on my phone for work and gave it out to all my clients yesterday please fix this a.s.a.p.

We have the same, we got a new card cause the old one was stolen.

There is NO way to get it unlocked except this forum, and nobody answers the phone (hangin in wait for more as 2 HOURS!).

Nobody answers the mails or tickets.... i get the idea the helpdesk is one person.....



This is utter crap.
Still waiting......:( 



Now I have to buy more credit for my old lyca mobile sim that was costing me a fortune (the initial reason for changing) in order to use the phone. paying for two!!

will there be any sort of reward for this inconvienience???



How long will this take???? and will this crap happen again unexpectedly or is it a usual hiccup when first setting up?
