Hello,

I have monthly I had changed my MB for the month of August from 500MB to 0MB as I was going to be on vacation. For the month of September, however, I wanted to have 500MB again so I changed it back to that a few days ago. It changed, though, immediately for the month of August instead.. and now I cannot change it back to 500MB for September and I will need to have them.

I hope is not too complicated as I wrote it, but I don't know what I can do..

Hi Despina,

I can see you have a subscription. I can see that you've changed your internet bundle. Your 500 mb internet bundle wil stop on 1/9/13, but you can also activate a new bundle on that date. So that will solve your problem I think.

Yes I have a subscription. I didn't think that I can do the same on the first of September, I was just very confused I guess.
